🍓 Curious About Non-Diet Nutrition Counseling? Here’s What to Expect

Hey there Reader,

For many people, the idea of “nutrition counseling” brings up images of meal plans, calorie targets, or lists of "foods to avoid."

Non-diet nutrition counseling is different. In my intuitive eating-focused sessions, we’re not trying to "fix" your body or control what you eat. Instead, we slow things down and look at what’s really going on underneath all of the food noise.

Some of the topics we might explore together include:

  • Your relationship with food and your body
  • How past dieting and food experiences shape current struggles
  • Physical cues like hunger, fullness, and satisfaction
  • Emotional, social, and nervous system factors that influence food and body image

This is longer-term, transformative work that gets to the root of food and body struggles. It's not a temporary quick fix. And it doesn't require that you "just have more willpower" to make progress.

I wrote a full blog post walking through exactly what happens during a non-diet nutrition counseling session, step by step, so you know what to expect before booking a call.

A quick update about working together in 2026:

I’ve redesigned my nutrition counseling program to reflect what best supports lasting change, and I’m launching it this January.

For most of us, food and body struggles have been years (or even decades) in the making. These deeply ingrained habits and beliefs don't just unravel overnight.

That's why I developed a 6-month program that includes:

  • Biweekly 1:1 video sessions
  • Weekly check-ins for gentle accountability
  • Unlimited messaging support in between sessions
  • Personalized reflection prompts and worksheets
  • A pace that supports real, sustainable change

To make enrollment a bit more accessible, I’m offering $75 off the first month of the program for new clients through January 31. Just enter the promo code NewYear75 when you sign up.

If you’re struggling with emotional eating, overwhelmed by food noise, or simply wanting a calmer, more grounded relationship with your body, this could be a supportive next step.

Learn more about the program or book a free discovery call here.

Feel free to reply to this email if you have any questions. As always, there’s no pressure, just an open invitation to learn more and see what feels right for you. 💚

Warmly,
Stephanie
